According to the actual situation of Chinese coal supply, we have designed an assembly pipe SZL series coal-fired hot water boiler. The boiler is mainly divided into two major parts, the grate is one piece and the boiler body is one piece. After reaching the site, completing grading, front, rear arches and other relevant work, the mainframe installation of boiler can be done.
1. The furnace adopts a close-packed a close-packed arrangement of water wall tubes. The application of close-packed water wall in furnace design changes the traditional structural form of the original industrial boiler furnace water-wall, effectively preventing high-temperature flue gas from scouring and radiating the furnace.
2. Independent water circulation system to ensure the safety and reliability of the boiler water circulation. We have designed independent water circulation systems on the structure, the water circulation structure is simple and clear, the water supply task division is clear, and the cross-sectional area ratio of descending pipe and rising pipe in all areas in guaranteed to be more than 0.4. In the premise that the water quality meets the requirements of the GB standard, it ensures the safety of boiler water circulation.
3. The grate bracket adopts double brackets, the lower channel steel, the upper light rail, the upper heat, the lower force, which has changed the structure of the traditional grate bracket angle steel plus friction bar, the grate bracket is not deformed. The active stocker is operated on the light rail and it is tested in the cold state for 48 hours before leaving the factory.
