Steam boiler is one of the "great generals" in the production line of food industry. Sufficient steam is needed for cooking, drying, concentration and sterilization. Nanjing Fruit Food Company is a large-scale soybean product production enterprise in Nanjing. At present, the production scale has reached 50 tons of material input, with annual sales exceeding 100 million yuan. Originally, the company had been using steam from power plants, but the unstable supply of steam from nearby power plants had an impact on its production line. To solve this problem, the fruit food decided to purchase a steam boiler as a standby boiler to ensure the smooth operation of the production line.
