Case introduction

Sichuan New Torch Chemical Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the research and development of hydrogen isotope products, providing safe, stable and high-quality products such as heavy water, deuterium generation reagents and high-purity hydrogen sulfide to the national defense cause. The production process of these chemical products is inseparable from the steam heat source provided by the boiler, which is one of the main power equipment on its production line. In the face of increasingly serious environmental pollution problems, China has continuously promoted the "coal to gas" policy. New Torch Chemical actively responded to environmental protection policies and decided to introduce steam boilers that use clean energy as fuel. After understanding the demand and actual working conditions of Sichuan New Torch, ZOZEN recommended WNS series condensing gas-fired steam boiler. This series of gas-fired boilers adopts the structure of single drum, vertical type and wet back, which is safe and reliable. The combustion chamber adopts a large-diameter corrugated furnace to ensure full combustion of the fuel. With the advanced low NOx burner, it is easy to achieve low emissions of NOx ≤ 30mg/m³. In addition, ZOZEN installed energy-saving equipment at the tail of the flue according to the actual working conditions, so that the boiler thermal efficiency is as high as 98% or more, which is 5% higher than the similar boiler system on the market. Besides, the packaged characteristic of the boiler greatly shorten the installation cycle and reduce the installation cost.

After ZOZEN boilers were installed and commissioned, they passed the environmental protection acceptance and had been running stably. Compared with the previous boilers before "coal to gas", ZOZEN boilers had more sufficient output and higher thermal efficiency, which provided a strong heat source guarantee for our production.
