Case introduction

SZL series steam boiler is a longitudinal double-drum chain grate water tube boiler designed by ZOZEN on the basis of advanced international technology and its own experience. 6-35 tph is shop-assembled structure, which is composed of 2 parts, upper part is heat absorbing surface and lower part is combustion equipment. the combustion air system (base) adopts independent compartment and scientific sealing structure; reasonable air conditioning device improves combustion efficiency. The water membrane wall, the front and rear arches and the hearth constitute the boiler furnace, A bank of return convection tube bundles are arranged at the rear of the boiler body to sufficiently absorb the heat released by the combustion. The SZL series chain grate steam boiler system customized by ZOZEN has excellent performance and the thermal efficiency is more than 5% higher than the similar boiler system on the market.In order to promote the construction of the large coal base in northern Shaanxi, ensure stable supply of energy, and optimize the structure of the coal industry, the National Development and Reform Commission approved the Balasu coal mine project, which was responsible by Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Balasu Coal Industry Co., Ltd. For the Balasucoal mine project, ZOZEN made a scientific and reasonable boiler system plan based on the calculation and analysis of the heating required for mine production and living and wellbore thermal load. The boiler project was equipped with the multicyclone and cyclone plate desulfurization tower dust collector. The emission concentration of soot, sulfur dioxide and NOx in the boiler flue gas after treatment met the requirements of emission standards.
