Case introduction

Shandong Luhua Group Co., Ltd. is a large-scale private enterprise and the national key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization. It has 24 production bases, spanning many industries such as edible oil, condiments, vegetable processing, etc. The annual production capacity of edible oil is 1 million tons and that of condiments is 100,000 tons.

According to the actual situation of Fuxin Oil Plant, ZOZEN Boiler Technical Team has customized various types and parameters of thermal fluid heater. The project manager said that a YQW-14000Q, two YQL-105000Q and one YQW-4200Q thermal fluid heater have been installed in the boiler room of Fuxin Oil Plant of Luhua Group. The rated thermal power is 12 million, 9 million and 3.6 million cards, respectively, to meet the complicated production processes of drying/cooling in edible oil processing, hot air drying-suction cooling, rolling/peeling-steaming and frying.

The thermal fluid heater developed by ZOZEN Boiler not only uses the injection forced circulation system to realize low-pressure and high-temperature heating, but also equipped with waste heat recovery device, which improves the comprehensive thermal efficiency through waste heat recovery and utilization of high-temperature flue gas. After a period of use, ZOZEN thermal fluid heater runs steadily, its safety device is perfect, and its energy-saving and high efficiency characteristics are very obvious.

Therefore, in the second phase of the project, Luhua Group Shenzhou Oil Plant, Xinyi Oil Plant, Zhoukou Oil Plant, Laiyang Oil Plant, Jiangpui Oil Plant, Dingtao Oil Plant and Zhoukou Luhua Luzhou Fragrant Peanut Oil Co., Ltd. successively purchased a total of 11 thermal fluid heater from ZOZEN Boilers, and established friendly cooperative relations with ZOZEN Boilers.
